Explanation:
This is the term I had just yesterday in a FR > EN doc., in what seems like a similar sort of context. BUT I'm not sure if this is really the 'official' term, or just the writer's own explanation of what he understands by a 'breakout'. Anyway, that's how he glossed this term, so I don't know if that's any help or not!
