This is from a toxicological evaluation of a plasticizer for polymer films used in the food packaging industry. Unfortunately, I don't have much context for this particular word. The text gives a formula for calculating the allowable level of migration of chemicals from the film into food, and one of the variables is defined as "максимальное агравированное количество пищи, жидкости с сополимерной пленкой, потребляемое человеком за суткн (в кг)". I assume that it should be аггравированное with two "г's", but even so it doesn't make sense to me. My dictionaries all translate "аггравировать" as "to malinger" (to pretend illness, especially in order to shirk one's duty, avoid work, etc.), but how can a quantity of food malinger (much less in the past passive participle)? Clearly this word has another meaning... Any help please?
