Good afternoon. Context:

"L'oxygène a été suivi pendant toute l'opération. Cependant, le taux est resté stable en désaturation à 89% en AA. Les paramètres sont redevenus normaux pendant le post-opératoire."

The initialism already appears in the KudoZ glossary, but it has nothing to do with oxygen saturation or desaturation. Does anyone know what 'AA' can mean in such a context? TIA.
