English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

This text concerns EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) upskilling

Here is the context:

Performance Contracting
Performance Monitoring
Performance Review

To enter the Performance Review phase the following needs to have been completed in the Performance Contracting Phase:
-The employee has captured the Performance Contract in the Performance contracting phase.
-The Line manager would have approved the contract in Calibration and Alignment phase during Performance Contracting.
- The employee and Line manager would have captured monitoring comments.


I would normally translate 'Performance contracting' and 'Performance Contract' by 'CONTRAT DE PERFORMANCE'.

This is borne out by all the dictionaries I have consulted.

However, I see that the client has consistently used the word 'RENDEMENT' for performance ie suivi du rendement, revue du rendement etc).

So I am not sure how they would like these 2 terms to be translated (ie performance contract and performance contracting).

I would appreciate your input for this problem!
