Insurance / INAIL
Italian term or phrase: pratica
How would you translate "pratiche" in the context of an INAIL questionnaire where the answerer has to indicate the most appropriate of a selection of phrases.
"Lei ha dovuto consegnare la documentazione relativa alla gestione delle sue pratiche"
Another example is:
"Hai ottenuto i servizi richiesti per la gestione della sua pratica"
And again:
"I servizi ricevuti per la mia pratica corrispondono alle mie richieste"
Thanks for your help, Sarah.

Unfortunately there is no indication of the type of "pratica", so I'm going for the most generic translation possible. Thanks to you all.

Explanation:
I think you have to see what sort of "practica" it is. Most people would only have an INAIL pratica if they had made a claim. Alternatively you could just say insurance.
