Something like that. "Documentation" is a singular noun that indicates more than one document. Hope this is what you needed.

My question was about the The Legalization certificate in which the phrase "se legaliza el documento probatorio" appears. This Legalization Document legalized both the high school diploma and a transcript of grades."Se legaliza el documento probatorio" refers both to the diploma and to the transcript.

I'm not sure exactly what your question is here. There's a difference between diploma and a transcript--the first is simply certification that a student graduated, whereas the second provides a complete list of all courses taken, what the student's grades were, etc.
