last will and testament
A particular kind of will?
It seems like "individual will" would be a somewhat direct translation, but I want to confirm that such a concept exists.

personal Last Will and Testament
Man skiljer mellan inbördes och enskilt testamente; ett inbördes testamente görs mellan två personer som vill ge varandra ömsesidig rätt till varandras arv. Ett enskilt testamente görs av en person. Se https://avtal24.se/om/Testamente_gemensamt.

(non-joint and non-mutual) Will made by one person
Re Sven's exposition>
joint Will: one will madeuted = signed and exec by two people e.g. spouses.
Mutual Will: two Wills made two people in each other's favour and difficult to pin down in contract as well as equity: 'creates a floating trust'.
Not necessarily a holograph/ic - self-written and unwitnessed Will.
NB the EN 'translation' in Henning Mankell's Dogs of Riga - see pp. 281, 285, 329 & 333 - of the word testamente in Hundarna i Riga as 'testimony'.
