(1) Pro účely tohoto rozhodnutí se "vysláním" rozumí jakákoli období získaná zaměstnanci nebo osobami samostatně výdělečně činnými, během kterých osoba vykonává činnost v jiném členském státě než příslušném členském státě v souladu s ustanoveními čl. 14 odst. 1, čl. 14a odst. 1, čl. 14b odst. 1 a 2 nařízení Rady (EHS) č. 1408/71 [3] a čl. 12 odst. 1 a 2 nařízení (ES) č. 883/2004.
