Italian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) minutes of meeting

I'm having a bit of trouble with this part of the text here, with regard to the purchase of receivables, in my understanding, is that the submission of the offer allows to set a bench mark abd avoid XXX - though not allowed to undertake actions which may be considered detrimental by other creditors of the securitisation - from assigning/selling the loans/receivables to third parties other than the bank.

That's how I see it, but not sure if there's a better option here, suggestions welcome thanks.
