Guten Morgen!

Estoy traduciendo un contrato de venta de un vehículo usado y empieza así:

Gebraucht wie besichtigt und unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewährleistung, im gegenwärtigen Zustand. Das Fahrzeug ist vom Verkäufer nicht auf eventuelle Mangel und Vorschäden geprüft.

Zusagen und Abreden bedürfen der schriftilichen Niederlegung, ansonsten sind diese richtig.

Mi duda es esta última frase.

disagree  Ruth Wöhlk: nee, Walter, hat hier nichts mit desacuerdos zu tun, ganz im Gegenteil -->> schön und gut, aber was hat "desacuerdo" (nicht die RAE-Begriffe) mit "Abrede" zu tun? Das ist ganz einfach etwas, das verabredet wurde, nicht etwas, dass in Abrede gestellt wurde
