四、Social Mention
Social Mention是一个免费工具，可以通过扫描网络上几乎所有的媒体形式，包括博客、书签、社交网站、新闻、视频等等，来评估个人或品牌被用户评价或提及的情况。Social Mention通过四个维度对提及内容进行打分，分别是：强烈度、支持程度、热情、覆盖度。
不过这个traffic仍搞不定。
但是引导这些系统确定何时、怎样处理品牌在社交媒体上被提及的情况仍需要决策者来完成。
但感觉不到位。郁闷。
