Intercompany Rate:
• Expense Rate: Entity A charges the hourly rate to Entity B in the currency of Entity A (i.e., the total fees charged by A divided by the number of hours worked)

In Scenario 1, Entity A charges the Expense Rate for services rendered to Entity B. This charge is entered into the intercompany cost account in A's currency.

In Scenario 2, a rate from the intercompany expense file directly matches a rate on the client invoice. In this scenario, it is possible to compare the Expense Rate to the Project Rate as well as compare the Journal Rate to both the Client Rate and the Project Rate.
