Italian term

croce guida

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks military vehicle lighting
No context - in a list of lights on a military vehicle (provisione croce guida) - I suspect it's a type of blackout light, I seem to remember coming across this before and finding a cross-shaped rear blackout light, but I may be completely off the mark. I assume it's a light as it is in a list of lighting connections/power supplies

I have to send it off shortly anyway, so the agency will have to work it out with the customer, but thanks for your input Sachin!

I can't be certain that it's a light, but it is in a list of power-supply connections for vehicle lights (this also includes interior lighting, mostly warning lights) so it would be strange if it were otherwise. It's certainly an electrical utenza, it is possible it's just connected to the same fuse as other lights

Simon.. Now what I quite strongly believe is.. .. that it is not a light...
Simon Lewis (asker) Jul 31, 2012:
Yeah, I know! Definitely on its own ("provisione croce guida" in a list of connections)

Is there any other text preceding this?? or may be after?? stand alone "croce guida" is leading to deadend.. :)
