This is from a court ruling from the Gulf, where the defendant in a civil case is arguing that he was actually the victim of embezzlement himself, and that a third party is responsible for the alleged financial wrongdoings:

وتقدم المدعي عليه بلائحة تدخل في الدعوى خلص في ختامه إلى طلب الحكم بقول تدخله في الدعوى الماثلة

And the third party is later referred to as المتدخل.
