Persian (Farsi) to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Marriage

In the one-volume Āryānpur Progressive Persian-English Dictionary, under the third definition of صیغه, the following Persian definition is given:
عبارت ادا شده در عقد ازدواج

It's followed by the English definition ‘marriage vows’, although I imagine this must refer to temporary marriage vows as صیغه is, I believe, used for a temporary wife.
