price reduction Explanation: There are many different ways of translating dégrèvement but here it is given because of a complaint by the customer (réclamation) So at the end of the day, if the customer is right, he is given some sort of discount on the final price , compensation,exoneration etc The trickiest thing here is actually choosing the best word amongst the myriad of possible words |
