I'm sure it's "Precedente Relevante".

These references typically run:

Tomo I/II (etc.) -
(Materia) Penal/Civil/Constitucional (etc.) -
Jurisprudencia/P.R. -
SCJN

But there are cases with "Precedente relevante" where you normally see "P.R.", so I'm pretty sure that's it. I'll find you a couple of examples.

There are two "Secciones" in the case records for each "Materia": jurisprudencia and precedente relevante. Here's an explanation referring to the Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Estado de México:

"Artículo 74.- La Secretaría General de Pleno, recabará y concentrará los criterios contenidos en las sentencias de las Secciones de la Sala Superior, con la finalidad de identificar aquellos que por ser de especial interés sean susceptibles de formar jurisprudencia [...]
Artículo 75.- Cuando una Sección de la Sala Superior emita una sentencia que a pesar de contener un criterio de especial interés y relevancia, no se reitere en la medida suficiente para formar jurisprudencia, podrá ser publicada como precedente relevante a través del órgano de difusión interno del Tribunal para conocimiento del personal jurídico de las Salas Regionales y Secciones de la Sala Superior, con la finalidad de que sirva como apoyo en el desempeño de las labores jurisdiccionales"

Although it's in the singular in Spanish, perhaps it would make more sense to call it relevant precedents", or perhaps better significant precedents, in the plural. "Relevante" often means "important, significant" rather than "relevante", and I think this is probably the case here. After all, it can only be called "relevant" in relation to something specific (a particular case); in general terms, "significant" or "important" makes better sense.
