Portuguese term or phrase: implica em diferença e relação engloba
This comes up at the end of an essay by an art critic on artist Milton Machado and his work "History of the Future". The word order is confusing me, does it make sense? Should there be an 'em' in front of relação? It seems like there is something missing. Thanks for your help!
