Hi everyone. I'm translating a tender for an airport's waste management system. At one stage, the airport owner will have to review the environmental plan put forward by the contractor. One of the criteria for the success of the review is the following:

"Que recoja fielmente el contenido de estudio MA del proyecto o justifique las modificaciones. Una vez puesta en marcha la obra, deberá incorporar las limitaciones medioambientales que puedan resultar de la obtención de permisos".

I have no idea what 'MA' means and there are no clues in the context, that's why I'm appealing to your experience in similar texts. Thanks in advance.
