agree  Antonio Carlos Plais do Couto (X): com certeza é este o espírito... mas algumas entidades usam o termo "facilitador" quando se referem ao que chamamos aqui instrutor (é a praga do politicamente correto). Eu diria "Notas para o facilitador"

Acho que é importante destacar o para (o facilitador) aqui, ou seja, o que ele deve seguir como roteiro.

IMO anotações do facilitador seriam apontamentos que ele fizesse ao conduzir o programa com base em suas observações práticas, por exemplo:
- a resposta 3c está ambígua - explicar.
- cuidado para não deixar o ponto 8 cair numa discussão sobre XXX...
- se chegar aqui depois das 9:10, é preciso acelerar para não atrasar o intervalo.
