Non so se sia una strategia adatta la tua... Comunque io, almeno per quanto riguarda "circolante", l'ho intesa nel senso di "capitale circolante", dunque "capital d'exploitation" (http://iate.europa.eu/iatediff/SearchByQuery.do?method=searc... Però secondo me dovresti dare un po' più di contesto.
