Das ist eine der Leistungen, die das Unternehmen, das sich um die Gepäckförderanlagen in Flughäfen etc. kümmert, erbringt.

Zu "stillage" habe ich "Gestell" gefunden, aber ich verstehe hier einfach gar nicht, was gemeint ist. Irgendwelche Vorschläge?

Das wesentliche Stichwort zum Googeln bzw. Nachlesen ist BEHÄLTERFÖRDERTECHNIK.

Da es in diesem Kontext aber um ein abstraktes Nomen geht, nämlich den Umgang mit stillage, schlage ich "Behälterförderung" vor.

Explanation:
Etwas spekulativ, aber da es sich um Gepäck handelt, passt hier Palette o.ä. nicht, ich denke eher an Gestellwagen (vgl. google "Gestellwagen Flughafen"), wie sie auch in der Gastronomie zur Anlieferung von Lebensmitteln verwendet werden.
Wenn stillages jedoch keine eigenen Räder haben sollten, sondern z.B. auf Rollbahnen laufen, dann sind es eben doch ganz einfach Gestelle.
