Hebrew term

איסטמוטומיה, פיילוליטוטומיה

Hebrew to English Medical Medical: Health Care Medical
It has something to do with kidney stones, maybe types of kidney stones as the sentence before stated that the patient has a horse shoe kidney. After those words it says he had no further stones. I realize these are medical terms written in Hebrew but I cannot find them anywhere written in English.

This is essentially the same answer that Eytan has given you (i.e. it is the same procedure as he describes). Only the nomenclature is a bit more elegant and closer to your original, I feel.

Astemotomy / Pylolithotomy

These are surprisingly hard to find written in English.

"Lithotomy Open stone removal Position and incision depends on location of the stone Pylolithotomy-stones in the kidney or...."

"First, the patient's ascending aorta is accessed through astemotomy, a thoracotomy or using a port-access approach"

I think it's also possible for:
אי-סטמוטומיה
"non-stemotomy"
...hence the low confidence. Hopefully Eytan or someone else will verify/falsify

otomy of the isthmus, pyelolithotomy

1) pyelolithotomy
2) a horshoe kidney has an isthmus (the "neck").
the author is referring to the "otomy" of the isthmus.
more commonly, this surgical procedure can be found in
descriptions of surgery of the thyroid isthmus,
where the "isthmus" is a normal part of the thyroid anatomy.

situation where an "isthmus" can be found
