hay una pregunta kudoz que dice que base jumping es caida libre....pero entonces que es freefall? No entiendo nothing....... y el rig? dios mio que lio.... gracias.

El salto BASE es una modalidad del paracaidismo, consistente en saltar desde un objeto fijo y no desde una aeronave en vuelo (como tradicionalmente se hace). El término BASE en inglés es un juego de palabras entre base (pronunciado /béis/) y el acrónimo B.A.S.E., el cual hace alusión a las cuatro categorías de objetos fijos desde donde se puede saltar mediante esta práctica deportiva extrema.

agree  Neil Ashby: It's need to be pretty high to permit freefall, doesn't it? Don't base jumpers typically open their chutes almost immediately?
