(possibly involving) disorders of consciousness including even coma

Explanation:
The French has the notion of 'culminating in' but I feel 'up to or including coma' sounds a bit clunky.

I have found that 'disorders' is more common than 'disturbances' but am no expert.

"The first, and by far the most serious, stage in the disorders of consciousness is that of coma; a state of profound (deep) unconsciousness in which the victim is unable to move, open his/her eyes, or respond appropriately in any way to external stimulation.

conscience pouvant aller jusqu\'au
consciousness disorders that may lead to coma

Explanation:
The key French noun-phrase should be "troubles de la conscience" which is commonly translated as "consciousness disorders".

The translation of the entire sentence fragment is:

... consciousness disorders that may lead to coma are possible ...

Example sentence(s):
  • des troubles de la conscience pouvant aller jusqu\'au coma sont possible
  • consciousness disorders that may lead to coma are possible
