There are stock phrases used by drug manufacturers that can be found in their SPCs, many of which are online.
Therefore, it is important to check whether the SPC already exists in the language you are translating into. Obviously one needs to know the name of the drug and the drug company.
There is also a set of fairly hard and fast rules in translating SPCs that must be adhered to. If you don't know them, ask the client.

Of course we can go on reinventing the wheel until kingdom come if that's how you get your kicks LOL.
