English term

people

English to Spanish Other International Org/Dev/Coop Disaster Management
To me, people in this context is not translated as Personas/ Gente, but Personal (personnel). Since they are referring to their employees??

Please let me know if I'm right.

The NO-DM Scorecard is divided into four areas: Strategy, People & Structures, Programme Effectiveness and Resources for Response.

The fourth level is People Performance, which looks at team and individual performance and development.

No necesariamente.
