District Labor Court File תיק עבודה אזורית
Many of the references that I have found are followed by the file number and the city/district where each matter came before the labor court. Hence the aleph is probably Ezori, and the ayin is for Avoda.

You're right - my grammar was a bit off - אזורי is correct

Note from asker:
Thanks, Perry. This is also a good option but the actual case is of an employee vs. an organization, so I'm more inclined towards Ty's suggestion. |
It just dawned on me that your answer is probably right because it is a civil labor case and there is a number following the abbrev., after which come the sides in the case. Thank you, again. |
Just asked a lawyer friend who said it is תיק עבודה אזורי |

Note from asker:
Yes! This is probably it and fits the context. Thanks Ty. |
On second thought... the case is of an employee agains the organization he worked in and not against a union (ארגון עובדים) of sorts. |

: I don't think so - many of the references to cases with this type of reference number do not involve a labor organization
