This is from a Spanish power of attorney document, translating into British English.
I'm not sure I get what the difference is between "anunciar un recurso" and "formular un recurso". If either had appeared on their own, I would have said "lodge an appeal" or just "appeal", but from the wording it seems there is a distinction.
"Lodge and if necessary formulate an appeal" is possible I suppose, but it seems to be in the wrong order logically. Surely every appeal needs formulating first?
Can one "announce an appeal" without lodging it?
