despacho internacional
overseas dispatch

Explanation:
I suspect that the phrase of the question "el despacho internacional " is a simplified, layman's representation (maybe for the press?) of what is actually being requested, which would, I suggest, be a 'carta rogatoria' requiring the bank to (more probably, "hoping against all odds" that the bank will) divulge useful evidence.

If that is the case, then it will be sufficient to use laymen's terms for a literal translation of 'despacho internacional' --> 'overseas dispatch', and leave aside all mention of 'letters rogatory'.

neutral  AllegroTrans: I get your drift but I don't think "overseas dispatch" conveys an official request by a Court

-> "despacho internacional " doesn't convey 'an official request...' either.

neutral  FVS (X): I really don't think that dispatch is the appropriate word here. If I were back translating I would think the court was sending a parcel or something.
