@Blanca if you check the times you'll see that my answer was the first one. I wouldn't have been upset at all if you had put an agree to another answer or answered yourself. Besides, it is not very fair to disagree in a such non neutral way when the question is a little ambigous. I would never put a remark like: "no way" to a colleage if his answer is not an absolute nonsense.

Lo que es casi seguro, por el contexto general (grupos de trabajo de organizaciones internacionales) es que minutes son actas. Y supongo que las reuniones se graban a los efectos de las actas y después se transcriben.
