sto traducendo un documento legale relativo al noleggio di vagoni ferroviari per effettuare trasporti di vario tipo.
trovo la frase: "the quotations and agreements are based on the current prices of XXX, on the conditions of transport, transport pairs, conditions for equality and exchange rates of the Railway Undertakings involved."
mi è chiaro il significato ma non capisco perché tali condizioni influiscano sul preventivo. come potrei tradurlo quindi?
