La frase se encuentra incluida en un poder notarial del estado de Alaska, el numeral que la incluye dice:
"I empower my attorney-in-fact to acquire an interest in real property or a right incident to real property".
La parte que no me queda clara es justamente la última de "right incident to real property" y me gustaría saber si alguien conoce el término y si me puede echar una mano con la traducción correspondiente porque por más vueltas que le he dado no he encontrado la frase en español que me satisfaga.
