I need your help to see which phrase is correct:
Banks would have enough money for everyone. And they would make it right there in the bank whenever anyone **asked** for it. OR
Banks would have enough money for everyone. And they would make it right there in the bank whenever anyone **ask** for it.

The original phrase is "Os bancos teriam dinheiro para todos. Feito ali mesmo, rapidinho"

'anyone' is always third person singular in your chosen tense - past/present etc

However, for 'Feito ali mesmo, rapidinho' you could also say 'and they would make it right there, on the spot'
