esp should stand for esposizione = exposure. maybe in the list stands for north, or fo orizontal
ce could stand for certificazione energetica=energy certification. the values really look like coefficients so maybe you could check if in the text there is a coefficient called ce.

L'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è "esportazione CE". Ma non so se possa avere senso in questo contesto!
