I would like some clarification on "nessuna pat." This seems to be an obvious abbreviation of "nessuna patologia". This phrase comes up in what appears to be the Italian equivalent of a progress note - see below:

SINTESI DECORSO CLINICO DEL PAZIENTE

Diagnosi di ingresso:
Nessuna pat. non infettiva, Sepsi clinica

Motivo di ammissione:
Insufficienza cardio-vasculare (Shock misto), Altre patologie rilevanti (Disturbi della coagulazione, Insuff. renale acuta e diuresi conservata)

Patologie croniche preesistenti:
Tumore - MESOTELIOMA PLEURICO in trattameto chemioterapic, ipotirodismo

Is "no pathology" the right translation, given that several "pathologies" are, in fact listed "Altre patologie rilevanti....", "patologie croniche preesistenti...."?
Should the phrase be read together with what follows, i.e, "nessuna pat. non infettiva" (note lack of comma in ST...), in other words as "there are no non-infective pathologies"= yes, THERE ARE INFECTIVE pathogies...?

An expert opinion would be really appreciated, many thanks!
