I am looking for the official translation of the term "Partsinsyn."
As a definition, "partsinsyn innebär att den som är part i ett mål har rätt till insyn i handläggningen av målet. Sekretess kan inte hindra en part från att ta del av handlingar och material i målet eller ärendet."
"Party Transparency" looks too much like a translation, though of course this is what it means.

party's right to attend (and be heard)
I don't know of an "official" translation that makes sense. (There's a goofy use of "party insight" in one of the official glossaries.)
See the link for examples of the suggested term "party's right to attend". This is how it's usually described in the U.S., instead of the alternative "to observe". Under the Due Process Clause of the federal constitution and similar provisions, a party has a right to attend and be heard in matters involving that party. I might add the "and be heard" unless it becomes wordy with that.

party's right of access (to prosecution history)
When the focus is on the written material, I would use "party's right of access" (or "party's right to gain access to"), which applies to the entire prosecution history. This is then linked to the duty to disclose.
(I also saw the horrifying "party insight" in the official glossary, which I would never use.)

: disclosure looked at from another angle. Also there is the UK Access to Medical Records Act 1988.
