Compte courant nr USD

Bank statement
This is the descriptor on a bank statement - there are also statements for:
"Compte courant nr EUR" and "Compte courant nr GBP"
I know these are current (checking) accounts in US$, Euros, and British Pounds sterling. Is there any translatable significance to "nr"?
