French term

Compte courant nr USD

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Bank statement
This is the descriptor on a bank statement - there are also statements for:

"Compte courant nr EUR" and "Compte courant nr GBP"

I know these are current (checking) accounts in US$, Euros, and British Pounds sterling. Is there any translatable significance to "nr"?
Proposed translations (English)
5 Non-resident current(checking) account in US$

it might just be non rémunéré - non interest bearing account

Nr could be the number of the checking account. I hope it will help.

NR stands for non-resident. In my own bank in Nice I have a compte particulier and a compte particulier non resident.

NR can also be uses as an abreviation for the same thing in English.
