Impact Factor- and Non-Impact Factor Publications
For all scientific magazines and journals, the 'Citations Index' counts the number of times that articles published in them are cited in the reference section of a different article - the 'Impact Factor' of a journal gives an indication of how many people have read an article they have published and used it. Not all scientific journals take part in the scheme (hence 'e non')

I assume it's from a CV or something similar: I'd translate it as *(number) publications, including in journals with impact factor* - adjust as necessary to suit your text.
