I would consider to use the word "components" or "parts" for 器件. I am afraid "devices" indicating too much on a whole instrument and weakened the emphasis of "分立器件" used in you sample sentence

For the record, I am very certain that \"device\" is an instrument built with many components or parts. Device is usually translated as 装置 whereas components can be translated as 组件,部件 or 器件. I can use CAT. It can design each compoment or part with very detailed measurements and allow the designer to review from different directions. Of course, the software program can also display the entire picture, that is, the device that is \"assembled\" with all the components.
