this is actually quite standard and used regularly, I have come across it many times, please also see as an example (talks about the signing of the new contracts or the new contracts being signed..you could say it either way in English)
Siamo già operativi in moltissime realtà che ognuno dei soci serve o serviva in precedenza, realtà che confluiranno insieme ai nuovi contratti in sottoscrizione nella nuova sinergia operativa.
