French term
banque de confiance
French to English
Tech/Engineering
Internet, e-Commerce
SSL Certificates, Interne
This term appears in the specifications for a key generation software. I have used 'trust library' but I'm not sure if this is correct. Here are a couple of example in context:
"ainsi que ceux des ACs constituant sa chaîne de confiance devront être présents dans la banque de confiance"
"L’Opérateur de cérémonie insère le certificat d’AC dans la banque de confiance"
"ainsi que ceux des ACs constituant sa chaîne de confiance devront être présents dans la banque de confiance"
"L’Opérateur de cérémonie insère le certificat d’AC dans la banque de confiance"

: Your reference is to banks as in financial institutions, so it's not relevant.

trust authority database
Term used by Microsoft; I don't know whether it is industry-standard.
I think you want to avoid the word 'library', which is usually associated with either a set of software routines or the documentation for the software and system setup (in other words, not data).
banque as in banque/base de données.

database of trusted certificates
I'm not sure who all the players are in your text, but "database of trusted certificates" might do the job here.
Example sentence:
Obtain and install the CA certificate in your JRE database of trusted certificates by using the command ...
You'll need to import the FMP secure email certificate (fmpmail.cer) into the Windows database of trusted certificates
