profit tax on depreciation cost charged to operational expenditure

The Russian амортизация is depreciation (for fixed assets or property plant and equipment) and is amortization (for intangible assets).

I also think, that it is better to translate charged<i/> (not - written off) as the meaning here is "отнесенный на расходы", not literally "списанный на расходы".
