ARTÍCULO 482.- Los créditos que provengan del tráfico mercantil del establecimiento enajenado, deben presentarse dentro del término indicado de quince días, con la comprobación de su existencia y de que proviene del giro del establecimiento en cuestión.

Los créditos no presentados dentro del indicado término, serán cobrables al vendedor sin que responda el establecimiento vendido.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
