Quindi, ho un file da tradurre in italiano dall'inglese, il quale è stato precedentemente tradotto dal tedesco. Ho trovato un termine che mi lascia perplessa, e cioè "meanderings", che dovrebbe essere la traduzione di uno di questi termini.
Ecco comunque la frase per intero:
Handelsübliche Abweichungen und Abweichungen, die aufgrund rechtlicher Vorschriften erfolgen oder technische Verbesserungen darstellen, sowie die Ersetzung von Bauteilen durch gleichwertige Teile sind zulässig, soweit sie die Verwendbarkeit zum vertraglich vorgesehenen Zweck nicht beeinträchtigen
