Italian term
pubblicità
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
I'm not sure about the meaning of this word. Could it be "disclosure"? Here's the whole paragraph: "La responsabilità dei soci è limitata alle quote di capitale sottoscritte. Il socio unico diventa responsabile illimitatamente quando non ha versato l’intero ammontare dei conferimenti o fino a quando non sia attuata la pubblicità prescritta dall’articolo 2470 Codice civile."

disclosure
In actual fact it is the filing of information with the company registrar ir , which is a form of public disclosure.

Might try to use "file" since you generally file documents with the authorities.

from a quick look at the article in the CC, I think it means this. It talks about "...devono depositare per l'iscrizione nel registro delle imprese una dichiarazione contenente..."
3 hrs
publication
as in "making public"
