Le cross-merchandising n’a, en principe, que des avantages. Pour le commerçant, c’est l’occasion d’accroître son chiffre d’affaires, grâce à des ventes généralement non programmées. Pour le client, c’est un véritable pense-bête. Le meilleur exemple ? Les croûtons à proximité immédiate des briques de soupe. Mais, comme souvent, le trop devient vite l’ennemi du bien.
