a.k.a. phase-to-phase voltage. This was my first reaction, and is backed up by Ferretti (Wörterbuch der Elektronik...)

That's the most common translation, Langenscheidt also says "star voltage", but that doesn't seem to be used much.
Nouns are capitalized in German, btw.
