lamp standard
Hard to say for sure, it would help if we could see that picture! Is this an indoor or outdoor light? If indoor, it might even be some type of 'standard lamp' — ah, the joys of EN word order!

post
as simple as that - with lamp the top it becomes a (very small) lamppost

Discussion
would that help us
However, do let's just note in passing that this is a 1.12 m potelet — seems a bit big for just a bracket, don't you think? Or is it in fact a quite large sort of 'potence', and the 1.12 m refers to how far it sticks out from the wall, rather than the height? It would be such a help to know if this is street lighting or what?
More context would be a great help, I feel.
I should think lamp stand would suffice.
Tony, I think you're thinking of 'standard lamp' (which it may well be referring to, but which means the whole caboosh rather than just the support).
Look at google image search on "lamp stand" to see if the pics correspond to yours.
