agree  Giovanni Rengifo: This is definitely an improvement of the Spanish version which, in my opinion, should actually read "...todo cuanto esté en sus manos..". In simple words, it means they will do all they can. It doesn't hurt to make little improvements whenever we can. ;-)

This rendition seems to capture the intended sense of the language. The original Spanish seems rather clumsy (e.g., how would one go about "coordinating standards"?). Also, as Yaiza has pointed out "cuanto este en su mano" is informal, rather than legal language.
