Discussion

Andrew Hunt Jun 7, 2010:
Pre and post carraige tariffs. Sidnei - these expressions are used in conjunction with what is called "through Bills of Lading", where the tariff cahrged not only includes the maritime or air frt (port of load to port of disch) but also pre carriage tariff also from an inland point of load, eg ex factory/ex works, and then also at the dischrage end where maybe the consignee wishes to receive his goods at an inland destination ie TRA (Terminal Retroporto Alfandigado).
Freight Forwarders call this "door to Door" service.

Creio que o termo "providências" está subentendido no seu contexto. Veja abaixo.
